Terms of Use

The following is the text of the Terms of Use under which the Forms are sold.

BY USING THE ENCLOSED FORMS, YOU AGREE TO THE FOLLOWING:

AGREEMENT: Terms of Use, License, Limited Warranty and Limitations of Liability You, the person using the accompanying materials, agree to be bound by the terms of this Agreement. These FORMS (the documents comprising the WordPress Freelancer Forms package) are owned by Patricia J. Ayers (LICENSOR) and are protected by copyright law and international treaty rules.

The FORMS are provided to you for use only under the following terms. You are entirely responsible for the results you obtain when you use these FORMS. You may edit and alter them to add your branding and change text as desired. You may not resell or lease the FORMS or any derivative works created from the FORMS. You may not distribute the FORMS, except to your own (or your own company’s) web development/design clients or customers for use in your work with them. You may distribute copies to up to 5 people employed by your company for use in their work with the company’s web development
clients or customers.

LICENSE
This License Agreement permits you to use the FORMS free of any royalties or fees, in accordance with their stated purpose, to assist in your own work as a web developer or designer with your own web development or web design customers or clients.

LIMITED WARRANTY, LIMITATIONS OF REMEDIES AND LIABILITY
The licensed FORMS are provided “as is,” without warranty, either expressed or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, LICENSOR disclaims all such implied warranties and all other warranties.

Nothing contained in the FORMS shall be construed as legal advice. You are encouraged to seek the advice of an attorney before entering into any legal contract.

LICENSOR shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, special or consequential damages from the use of these documents. Such possible damages include, without limitation, any lost profits or business interruption.

In no case shall LICENSOR’S liability exceed the amount of the license fee actually paid by you.
